Destinations and dispatch locations

Our current delivery markets are the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Spain, subject to delivery availability for your address at checkout. UK orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment warehouse. Orders to the listed EU countries are dispatched from our German fulfilment warehouse.

Processing and delivery estimates

Order processing takes up to 5 working days. After dispatch, estimated transit time is a further 5 working days. Please therefore allow approximately up to 10 working days in total under normal conditions. Working days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; carrier disruption and address issues may affect delivery. This does not limit your statutory rights regarding delivery.

Delivery charges and taxes

Standard delivery is free for orders delivered to the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. No standard delivery charge applies to these five markets. Review applicable taxes and the order total shown at checkout before placing your order. If your delivery address is unavailable at checkout or a delivery charge appears unexpectedly, contact us before paying.

Delivery questions

Contact 1137933729@qq.com with your order number if your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or sent to the wrong address. Please tell us promptly about address corrections; once dispatch has taken place, changes may not be possible.
